Good Morning,
I now realise the only place I feel comfortable writing my blog is in the office, maybe its coz when I'm home and on my laptop all I can hear is "Ibu ootuutawn oootuuutawnnn" = "Ibu all through town all through town" or also known as wheels on the bus. That's all she likes to watch for nursery rhymes, if its not that, its Upin dan Ipin on major repeat! Sampai Ibu dah hafal each and every word of the episode (I am not exaggerating)
So now for the real update, today I am on day two of my AF (aunt flow = period), Yesterday when I woke up from bed, I thought I was gonna die from cramps, it was so sakit it was seriously not funny. On top of that I had to poop too (TMI im sorry) so just imagine period cramps and sakit perut combined, damn. But after awhile the pain went away, especially after I applied my Furmon cream. Not too sure if that had anything to do with the pain subsiding, or just that my tummy adjusted to the pain.
But anyways, AF was really shy yesterday, it was so little that I felt like it was one of those fake spottings and not full on flow, until today... there is blood everywhere, its like someone turned the tap on and its just flowing like no ones business, but! no pain at all. I've read that for some people recovering from endometriosis when all the clots that is stuck around your organs starts to shed, it'll hurt like cray cray. But up to now (10am 8th May) no pain what-so-ever. I just need heavy flow tampons and overnight pads to keep it all under control.
Oh lupa nak bagitau, ever since I've started Furmon, Ive also started on Bio-Zinc complex pills, folic acid and vitamin B. All of these is to replace the blood that we loose during period, give us energy and strengthen the womb. So hopefully I am on track to recovery. Eating loads of greens and fruits too, so Ive stocked all of these up in the office pantry so that I dont end up munching on junk when im bored. Huhu
Anyways, work is calling
Will update more when/if I see more difference
Love,
Aisyah
